SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products worldwide and offer various shipping options:

  • shipping within Germany:

The delivery time is usually 2-4 business days from the date of payment. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the order.

Shipping costs within Germany: 5.50€ including 19% VAT

  • Shipping TO EUROPE:

The delivery time is usually 5-14 business days from the date of payment. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the order.

  • worldwide shipping:

The delivery time is usually 7-25 business days from the date of payment. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the order.

 

RETURNS & refund POLICY

  • Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals. Remember to provide proof of purchase.

  • Return process

To start a return or exchange, email support@halawa.eu with your order details. Our support team will guide you, offer a return authorization, and help with concerns. Pack the item safely, including all parts, label it with the return authorization, and send it back with trackable shipping. You cover the return shipping, unless it's due to a defect.

  • Refunds

After inspecting the return, we'll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, expect a refund within 7 days to your original payment method. The refund will be for the item's purchase price, excluding shipping fees.

  • Non-returnable items

Items like used or opened laser hair removal devices can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive defective.

If you return a used device, additional fees for return shipping and reshipping will apply. The device will then be returned to you, which does not comply with our return policy.

  • Defective or Damaged Items

For defective or damaged devices, inform us within 3 days of delivery. We'll guide the return process, and once inspected, we'll replace or refund, including shipping charges.

  • Warranty

Check your manufacturer's warranty for details on coverage and duration.

We can update this policy without notice, so check periodically .
